- Up to $2,500 for Category B (Heating/cooling, hot water heat pumps, electric cooktops/ovens, ceiling insulation)
Maximum Rebate $5,000 total per eligible property
Additional Support Combine with 0% interest loan from the Sustainable Household Scheme to cover additional costs.

Participant Eligibility

- UV limit: ≤ $750,000 for homes/units; ≤ $300,000 for multi-story apartments
